What to Expect

Curator of people and conversations.

Mostly do that as a journalist, which was is the professional foundation I operate from.

Africa Correspondent, radio reporter —work public radio like NPR, Marketplace, to The Guardian and BBC.

When I was based in East Africa, privledge…stories

My favorite those shined light on emotional depth of the human experience, resilience and fortitude in the face of adversity like war and climate disasters, and lens to how people understand the politics around them.

My work kept me exactly where I wanted to be —oscillating between the seriousness of life—the heavy stuff—and the good stories: an athlete from poor background, a singer from war aspiring pop singer.

In radio, I felt I was bridging thousands of miles from my subjects, to the audiences listening at home in North America

Attracted to people with unique points of view—Sudans’ Ambassador…a new female minister in Somalia..

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Wildlife census

Gave me perspective

Elephants, we look small.

From plane, covering wildlife census.

Aniamsl - precious, also source of wildlife conflict. Nature is complex, as is the way we exist in it.

Environment, nature, sometimes at odds.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
Day Two

Set Intentions & Reflect

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.
